The hotel has a convenient location for those with early flights from London City Airport, but cleanliness and tight spaces could be improved. I stayed at this hotel and found that while the location was excellent, close to the Excel Convention Centre and with helpful staff, there were some issues with the rooms and service. The rooms were not as expected, and I was disappointed with the lack of response from the staff when requesting a different room. The service was a mixed bag, ranging from being friendly and accommodating to instances of rudeness and unhelpfulness.
